SharpCast uses as few cookies as possible. This page lists the essential cookies we set and notes that our analytics is cookieless.
2. Essential cookies we set

| Session and authentication | Keeps you signed in as you move between pages. Set when you sign in. |
| CSRF token | A security cookie that protects forms and actions from cross site request forgery. |
| Cookie notice | Remembers that you have seen and dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not show again. |
These are strictly necessary. The service cannot work properly without them, so they are not subject to a consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you do, sign in and some features will stop working.
3. Third party services
- Stripe handles payments and the billing portal. When you go through checkout or the customer portal, Stripe may set cookies it needs for fraud prevention and to operate the payment flow. These are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy notices.
- Plausible provides our website analytics. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites or store any data in your browser.
4. Managing cookies
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies SharpCast sets are essential, removing them will sign you out and may break parts of the service. For more on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
