Monthly mystery shirt draw · prize draw terms

The monthly mystery shirt draw is a subscriber prize draw run by SharpCast (sharpcast.co.uk) as a thank you to Pro members. It is not gambling and not a lottery: entry requires no payment beyond the standard subscription price. Pro members are entered automatically at no additional cost, nothing beyond the standard subscription is bought, and the subscription price is the same whether or not the draw exists. Winning a bet is never required and never relevant.

1. Eligibility and entry

1. Open to SharpCast Pro members aged 18 or over, resident in the United Kingdom.
2. Entry is automatic. Every member with an active Pro subscription during the calendar month of the draw is entered, including complimentary Pro memberships. No action is needed and no payment beyond the standard subscription price is ever required.
3. One entry per member per calendar month. Duplicate accounts are excluded. Holding Pro for longer, paying for a higher tier, or anything else you do does not change the odds of winning.
4. You can opt out of the draw at any time in account settings. Opted out members are excluded from the entrant list when the draw runs, and can opt back in for any later month.

2. The prize and the draw

1. One winner per calendar month, selected at random after the month closes from the list of automatically entered Pro members. The entrant list is recorded when the draw runs, so the draw is auditable.
2. The prize is one mystery football shirt. The shirt, team, season and size availability are at SharpCast's reasonable discretion. No cash alternative.
3. We notify the winner at their account email within 7 days of the draw, and also by text message where a mobile number is on their account. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a redraw may take place.
4. The winner's display name (first name and initial) may be shown on the Competitions section. Nothing else is published.

3. General

1. Promoter: SharpCast, operating sharpcast.co.uk.
2. Account details are used only to run the draw and contact the winner, per the privacy policy.
3. SharpCast may exclude an entry obtained by automation or abuse, and may cancel or amend a month's draw where required for reasons outside its control; eligible members are then entered into the next draw.
4. Cancelling your subscription does not affect a draw you were already entered into; you leave future draws when your Pro access ends.
5. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
